Multi Grain GF Bread Mix from the Bulk Barn in Canada 🇨🇦
This recipe is for a 2 lb loaf in a bread maker.
1-1/2 Cup of warm water
4 Tbsp of Coconut Oil (do not melt)
3 Cups GF Bread Mix
1/4 tsp Xantham Gum
2 tsp of Rapid (Instant) Yeast
Add to your pan in the above order.
Start your breadmaker on Basic Bread setting
2 lb load and Medium Crust( do not use the GF setting)
Using a spatula move the mixture around to help incorporate as your machine starts mixing.
This is where you will notice the gluten free dough appears very dry and dense. Slowly start adding more water until the dough starts to actually resemble bread dough.
I didn’t measure just kept adding. Guessing another 1/8 a 1/4 of a cup of water. Be your own judge.
Close lid and let machine do it’s job!
